We create a productive, effective search process, working with our clients to ensure a positive experience and outcome. Our commitment to partnering with clients includes open and frequent communication about the process and the progress, as well as clear, defined timelines to enhance the process and speed it to a successful conclusion.
After receipt of the signed contract, we will immediately craft a position description for your review which we will use as a marketing tool to attract candidates.
We will develop target lists of those identified potential candidates for your review and then contact each to determine interest and gain referrals.
Usually within three weeks, the initial slate of candidates is presented. We will continue to identify new candidates throughout the process until you have a placement on board.
We will interview each that are of interest, in-person or via videoconference and present a candidate assessment to you.
The next step is for the client to interview the candidates and choose the final placement.
References will be provided on each candidate that reaches the interview stage.
We will help with salary negotiation on the front-end while most clients choose to present the final offer.
We will follow up at regular intervals to ensure things are moving smoothly once your placement has started at your company.
